yes you do stretch when your having a baby but it goes back to normal size afterwards dont be put out if she doesnt want to have sex for a while it can take up to a year sometimes before she feels ready again mentally and emotionally.

The length is not what matters in this questions, it's the girth.
As for the post-baby satisfaction, I've heard mixed reports from friends with children. Some are great, others are not. All, however, report that there is much less sex after babies - mommy spends too much time cleaning up after the kid to feel sexy, or have the energy for anything.
The drop-off is normal, if unpleasant, but does not necessarily indicate that she is no longer satisfied. Just be sure to make sex part of the routine as soon as possible after the birth, before she gets used to not having any.
If you have the means, there is also some cosmetic surgery that can re-tighten the vagina up. I'm not sure what the ettiquette is for bringing that up with her, so if that's an option, ask politely.
