I'm concerned because had had an operation nearly 2 years ago on my foreskin to remove a cyst but wasn't aware that they would remove such a large area and the subsequent nerve damage i would have. It was just below the frenulum and now all my frenulum and surrounding tissue is numb (and sometimes painful because of the scar tissue not stretching very well). I can still bring myself to orgasm but am finding it difficult to keep an erecton for a long time (i don't know if this is because i'm aware and anxious of the problem or because the nerves aren't working properly). I feel up set at the thought that i can no longer enjoyn myself sexually as much (i've read that this area is the male g-spot equivalent - is this true?). i also thought however that there are an awful lot of circumcised people out there and surely that would mean even more nerve removal and they can still have sex properly can't they? is my op likey to cause me problems and will the nerves ever grow back to give me my original level of pleasure? Many thanks

If you want to find out, go to the doctor. That's the best thing to do.
