When we are together we get really rough during sex just because we both have so much sexual energy!Anyway my vagina always hurts the day after as I do loads of kegel exercises and I'm just wondering regardless of whether this relationship last will it always hurt to have rough sex?

 I think rough sex always hurts afterwards, it's always fun though... but that's my experience. Kegel is good for tightening you up, but the type of sex your having needs you to be loosed and relaxed. I always recommend baths, before and after... sorry, I've no better advice.

 It depends on different things, the size of him and you have different impacts. But quite often lubrication can greatly assist.
Many people use additional lubrication such as old fashioned ky jelly or more modern products like tingle lube. Give it a try and see if it makes it any easier the day after. You never know it may enhance sex as well.as help the painful side effects :)
