No, do not give up something beneficial to you for any guy. No guy is worth it. If he's going to be this jealous of you, it says really bad things about your relationship.
Don't let any guy manipulate you into giving up who you are. This is crucial!

To start with, i didn't realise that you were going FOR him. Don't let him push you around, you do what you want to do. Tell him that you are his and that he is being far too insecure and paranoid, that it is starting to come between you (if this is how you feel), you have the right to go out with friends, but make sure he knows that that's all they are to you.
Good Luck
:-)

He is always like like ... especially when I go out with close friends who are a mixture or males and females. He gets jealous when I mention any other guys name and its really getting to me ... Should I give up wanting to go to the gym for him ?? I know that I dont want to but whats the right thing to do ??

I know that doesnt make much sense so ill give you an example: Im a marathon runner so im obviously rather toned! My best friend who is the same height and body type is not, she struggles to run after a bus! I weigh more than she does but am two dress sizes smaller. The weight doesnt show because it muscle. Good luck have fun and dont take it to seriously!
P.S im a 22 year old woman, i borrowed my dads account hence the 40yr old guy!

Muscle weighs more than fat, so you could gain weight. But it will look so much better and be totally worth it. Plus it takes more calories to maintain muscle than fat, so just by sitting there you'll be burning more calories. It will be a good thing, so I recommend it!

You have said that you are slim, when you build muscles its the fat on you that turns to muscle, and as there is no difference in the weight of the two, it is unlikely that you will put on weight. However if you start taking food supplements you are likely to gain a bit of weight.
But just toning up your muscles shouldn't put weight on.
