 Men NEVER get sick of blowjobs. Even after 30 years of marriage, a man will still want oral (and as a man who also has a wicked tongue, I can tell you that I never tire of giving oral either). He may want to try actual sex at some point in ADDITION to oral, true enough, but if you two communicate about your concerns and are on the same page, oral can be fun for quite a while. He's a lucky man.
But no, you won't get sick from swallowing (unless you swallow 20 in a day, maybe, but even then...) Semen is harmless to swallow if he's clean and has no STI's to spread. And I think he already knows that you're not a girly girl, so he's not likely to randomly be surprised or put off by that now. (FYI, glasses are cute!)

I mean if he is a greedy person he might want more. Depends on his personality. If he is not greedy he will be just fine and appreciative of having what he has.
Doesn't sound like he has mentioned wanting something different so I would just go with the flow and enjoy. If he truly loves you he will go at your pace. And at the pace your going, if he is not happy then he is not worth it.
