Once you hit 18... there is nothing they can do about it, even if they wanted to. They would have to prove you were pregnant before you turned 18, and if its only a few weeks... well, that is going to be very hard.

If your mother and/or is okay with it, then usually it's fine. Typically the older boyfriend gets in trouble when the parents call the authorities and press charges. So no, the authorities probably won't be waiting at the hospital to arrest him when you give birth.

Even though you are just a few short weeks from being 18, your still a minor and he's not so that could get him into deep trouble. It doesnt matter if your mom is ok with the age difference, still bad. Hope you don't get caught and good luck on your pregnancy and birth
