Couldn't agree more with most of the answers. It won't affect the way a woman responds to you in sex at all. :) Testicles aren't used to sexually stimulate a woman, and having just one might actually make it easier for a woman to pleasure YOU ;) hehe. So don't worry. Relax. Be happy. Look forward to your first sexual encounter, just make sure its something you definitely want to do and take precautions ;)

Low Testosterone is a likely outcome. I have a friend in the same boat. Low testosterone has a lot of side effects that could make a relationship more difficult but it is not something that can not be worked around. Hormone therapy is available. Otherwise my friend is a happy married guy with children.

No, it is highly unlikely to affect your sex life as you do not use your testicles to stimulate the woman.

It's best to ask your doctor this question. but just like women with ONE ovary can conceive and bear a child I am sure men with one testicle can have an active sex life and impregnate a woman.
did you lose it due to illness or accident or was it congenital... or do you have an undescended one???
