I went to the doctors and it is a skin condition called vitiligo. It is apparently incurable but is no threat to my health it is just "there". My question is simple: will girls care about this? Its very embarrassing and is causing me to lose confidence, as i think most women would think i have an STD or something. But i dont. Anyway, thoughts/opinions would be appreciated thanks.

naw most girls will not care...
in fact, don't even mention it... if they ask then tell them.

There might be a couple who will, but as long as you explain that it's only appearance, not a STD/STI and is noncontagious, there should be no problem! Good luck, have fun, and be safe!

So long as it's not a health issue, no they won't care. This skin condition is often found on faces and necks as well and is particularly noticeable on darker skin, it shouldn't matter more than having a freckle or something.
