Possibly yes, if your hymen is still intact & you haven't yet had full penetrative sex then it more than likely will hurt somewhat, good news is it doesn't last long.

It may have broken your hymen, which would help but you also may have broken it before, or been born without one. There are other things you can do to get ready for sex though. But, if you're not ready for it, then you should wait. Don't go for it until you're ready for it, and for any consequences that may happen if something goes wrong. Use protection and make sure you're sure you're ready.
