Sorry sweetie, rather wait until you have finished your antibiotics before you go party - alcohol and antibiotics dont mix! Oh, and Happy Birthday for today!!

Alcohol and antibiotics don't mix, sorry. Arrange for a drink with your mates after you finish the tablets to make up for the fun you can't have tonight.

Read the information that came with the antibiotics. That should tell you.
If in doubt, don't risk it. It's a major problem with some antibiotics and not so much of a risk with others. Excessive drinking isn't a good idea when taking any medication (probably not a good idea at all even when you're not taking any medication to get "absolutely bladdered", but most of us have done it occasionally!).
It's better to miss out on getting drunk for one birthday than to risk ending up in hospital - or worse. It's possible to have a most wonderful time without necessarily getting drunk, and I always think it's quite hilarious to see how stupid others around you are when they're drunk and you're not!

I know that it will defnitely cancel out the antibiotic, as to weather you will feal sick I am not sure, don't take any today and start again tomorrow. I do also know that if you take antibiotics you nead to do the full course without interuptions for it to work.
