satindesire is right. Test spermicides before you use them. They are GREAT, if you are not allergic to them. But, a condom should be fine. As for taking the morning after pill, you can't use it as a form of birth control. It should only be used in an emergency situation. You could do serious harm to your body by using them to often.

For extra protection, you can buy spermicide (sperm killer).
"Spermicides can be used alone but are more effective when used with another method of birth control, such as a condom."
I believe you can buy condoms that already have spermicides in them.
