Its no different to you going to the gym, or where ever and saying there were these woman training earlier and their breasts were amazing. Would she then rush out for a boob job?.
Don't know much about penis pumps, but i would strive a guess that they are sexual gimmicks, and a total waste of money.
You said that she comes home horny and it leads to great sex. Sounds like something is going ok then, so why the penis pump?.
