Do you have her number, say for example her mobile etc? If so, give her a call, see if she's free before university starts for you. Don't hesitate or wait, find a way to contact her.
Adding upon the post below mine, think of something to do with her if she does go out with you. Make sure you and her are the only ones. Having her friend will spoil it and make it hard to make a move.
