im pretty sure that the reason for this is cos you gave him the hand job. from my experience of guys, they like girls who will give them 'sexual favours' on the first/second date for a brief moment but they often consider these type 'easy'and decide that they dont want anythign more to do with them. Sorry, it sounds harsh but just remember for next time to make him wait a bit more, preferably when you're in a relationship.

 It sounds like he changed his mind. Chasing him is probably pointless, it will just be frustrating for you and make him even less keen on you.
Men sometimes play a strange game. They are keen to have sex, and will be keen from very soon after you have just met. If you put out they'll accept quite gladly, but then soon go off you. But if you wait it out, then they'll build you up in their mind and will be much more into staying with you when you finally do have sex. It's like a test to see how easy you are, the tougher the hunt, the more worthy the prize. I know this sounds terrible, I'm not saying anyone does it deliberately, or even knows they are doing it, and it's not universal, but it does happen (in my humble opinion).

 Looks like he got what he wanted. You're not completely done though. He'll call you when he wants another hand job or something of the sort. Thats just one take. There could be alot of other reasons also but off the top of my head thats what I would say is going on. You will never know until you contact him. Calling someone to say hi isn't desperate all the time. Sometimes its just curtious. Wait to long and he will think thats all you wanted to. Just my opinion. CALL HIM!!!
