writes:I was wondering why would a girl not want her boy friend to meet her ex boy friend. I know it can be because it will be awkward,but if they have been with each other for about a year and she still thinks it would be and just does not want them to meet, is there anything more that can be thought of her actions?

If she doesn't she her ex then it's perfectly normal for her not to want the boyfriend and ex to meet. If she's still friends with and hangs out with her ex, then her not wanting the two to meet means something.

I think you're thinking way too much into this. Would most people want their current boyfriend/girlfriend to meet their ex? Probably not. Besides being awkward maybe she just doesn't want to see him? Or she just flat out doesn't want them to meet. It doesn't necessarily mean she has any ulterior motives or that it's some sort of cryptic meaning, she just doesn't want it to happen. I wouldn't want my current boyfriend meeting any of my exes because I don't care to see any of my exes in the first place and it would be uncomfortable and there's really no reason to in my opinion, the ex is in the past.
