From what you described, to me your relationship sounds just purely casual and only around sex. If you got attached, it's your problem, and if you can't deal with the fact she will go around having sex with other guys then just dump her.
And regarding your second question, yes, there are people who can have sex with others without having feelings for them. Why do you think there are so many one-night stands?

 Of course not, she's been given everything on a plate but is still demanding a side order. It's plain and simple, I think you should leave her and find someone who will treat you with the respect you deserve.
You can't let her walk all over you like that, you wouldn't do that to her because you know it's wrong. Why is there different rules for her?
