If you can talk openly to your parents let them know if it happens again and see a doctor..he will just ask you questions to rule things out, and monitor you. Please do not ignore this if it keeps happening, you sound smart enough because you have already asked questions about it.

Sounds like a Hemmorrhoid, Aka "Piles". Veins run along the inside of your anus. When you strain too hard to go #2, you can irritate the walls of the veins, they get inflammed and bleed. They can be very painful for some people. In extreme cases, they need surgery, because as the body attempts to heal the wound, a blood clot can form and cause a backflow of blood. That lead to further swelling.
There are a few things you can do to change so you do not get "Roids" and to ease your pain.
First, you need to change your diet. Drink lots of water, avoid dehydration (too many sodas and caffinated drinks).
Eat lots of fiber loaded foods. Cut out the junk food and fatty stuff. Dark leafy greens are the best. Time to have more salads in your diet and fresh fruits!
Next, do not strain on when you go to the toilet. Relax, deep breaths help, do not try to force yourself to poop, this just puts added pressure on those veins.
To aid healing of the wound, bath in warm water and get the area really clean and pat dry with toilet tissue or a towel. You can also clean with Hemmorrhoid treatment pads, which are really babywipes soaked in a witchhazel. You can make your own by just buying those damp toilet wipes in a box and a bottle of witch hazel to soak them.
A damp toilet tissue well help keep the area clean and promote healing.
If it does not heal and the pain worsens...see a Doctor!

It sounds like a hemorrhoid from your diet that's been lacking in fiber. It's bad for you to eat a steady diet of junk food! Eat more fruits and veggies, even if you eat them frozen or in a can.

However, if the blood was darker in colour then it would likely have come from higher up, a sign of internal bleeding. If so head of to the A&E straight away

It's probably just a fissure; don't worry they are common, but always see a doc if you are concerned. We can't give proper medical advice on here.
You can really help your body eating properly though. Here in the UK we're told to eat at least 5 portions of fruit or veg a day. This will help things to move along more easily, as well as giving you plenty of nutrition. Junk food isn't going to do you any good at all.
Why are you not eating meals and eating junk food instead? It's really not good for you at all.

a tear or a hemorrhoid... nothing critical...
you need to eat better.. you need fiber and FLUIDS, fruits, veggies, good fats, protein....
if the blood was bright red it's really not that uncommon

You could have a hemaroid that has ruptured. These are veins that get enlarged around the anus. This is not a life threatening thing but they can be painful at times. You probably should see a doctor to check that's what it is. Sweetheart why are you eating the way you are. What's happening to make you want to abuse your body like this?
