writes:one day about a month ago, i went to the supermarket (where my ex works), he was standing outside sort of on the side of the supermarket where the 2nd doors were, near the ramp, talking to some woman, i decided to walk past him to the doors coz the other ones were further away, then all of a sudden i heard someone walk quickly and then felt someone following me closely so i walked faster...after i got inside, i looked around and my ex looked at me in the eyes but didn't look happy at me for some reason...why would he ditch someone he was talking to, to follow me?

 I am not sure why he would do this, did you not ask him why he has followed you? Maybe he was finished talking to the woman. I think the best thing to do is to ask him what it was all about?
