We're so close but there's one thing he will not do and that is French Kiss. I've asked him on many occasions why he doesn't but I always get the same answer: 'I don't like it'. We have a very open relationship and I have asked him if he feels self conscious about it because he feels as though he is bad at it, I told him that it's something that takes practice but he's pretty much set that it isn't the reason. Before you ask we both have very good dental hygiene :P. We've had one kind of trial session of it and he didn't like it at all. I've also asked him if it's because I'm a bad French Kisser but apparently that isn't the reason either. So what is it? Does he just not like it? I don't understand why even after we have discussed it.

Your right it does get better with practice, it may well just be him thinking he is no good at it or as he says he doesnt like it, not everyone does.
Maybe you should try and take the lead?
