I'm a pretty strong female (I think) and I don't want to overdue myself and hurt my baby but I don't want to come off as one of those annoying pregnant ladies who think they can't lift a finger. I just found out that I'm pregnant and I don't go to the Doctor until the end of next week so any advice would help for now until I speak with my Dr. Thanks in advance. =) Reply to this Question Share |

This really isn't the place to ask medical questions - you're doing the right thing to see your doctor!
At your stage of pregnancy, most women can do pretty much everything they did before they were pregnant. Your doctor will evaluate your risk of miscarriage and give you guidelines for acceptable and unacceptable activities. Your doctor may actually suggest an exercise program for you, even if you haven't been exercising regularly before this.
I hope your husband or other partner is actively involved in going through pregnancy and birth with you.

The comment I made did make it sound as if I was judging everyone. But anywho, thanks!
