Aww. Well if he does then maybe he wants to be with you a little more- get to know you more for when it turns into something proper he then can tell your brother, maybe he doesnt want to start up something with your brother if its nothing serious. Give it time

First you are not completely sure he fancies you if he didnt tell you- How are you sure he likes you like this? how really well do you know this guy?If he hasnt told your brother he either doesnt or is scared in it being his friends sister. Doesnt want to hurt him or freak him out, he could also feel embarrased knowing its his friends baby/big sister- you bathed together as kids! Ask him if he likes you first, then maybe you'll know.
