So this cute, shy guy has been staring at me for months.

We got talking and we hang out now and he’s like the cutest sexy thing ever. OMG him and his friends are always staring at me.

He makes me so shy and he’s so quiet and calm around me but he's loud and chatty with everyone else.

He says I'm intrigued and I make him laugh.

The other day we were working together and he was just watching me like he couldn't take his eyes off me so I kind of went right into his face with a cheeky smile then he got up. But he was still touchy and close after it wasn't weird or awkward or anything. So does not he like me? He didn't smile he just looked at me blank and got up.

My friend says he's just shy and he’s trying to keep it professional.

I'm 23 and he’s 25.

He likes you quiet a lot but as he is shy he is taking things slow . Continue with your smiles and your cheerful manner and hopefully he will ask you for a dater sooner then later. But do give him time and space to do it his way otherwise if you come across to strong it might put him of. Best Luck. Nora B.

He was probably spooked by your behaviour he is a work colleague, I would be. He is not shy just keeping it professional. Look, if you like him ask him out for lunch one day. Life is too short.
