I felt I worked the hardest ! Is it because I am not from the country? I am not sure what else to think please help. Reply to this Question Share |

Hi,
If it is a norm for the company to promote new a graduate after a year and you haven't been promoted usually the company should be able to give you specific feedback about your performances. This might help your improve for next time.
Also, did the other graduates start exactly the same month as you? Maybe you still have one or two more months to go before you make a full year ? I think discussing things with your manager might help don't rush into a conclusion yet.usually appraisals are given at least once a year to staff so it shouldn't be a surprise if you ask for one.
Good luck
