writes:I met this guy about my age a couple of weeks ago. He seemed and acted so interested in me. He took me out a couple of times and told me he cared deeply for me, and just was so goo goo gaa gaa over me. Now he has become hidden, and ignores my calls. He is embarrassed to be with me in front of his friends. I can see it in his actions. I have not pushed him or seemed aggressive at all. I have given him space and let him come to me...but why does he push me away now? Why is he embarrassed of me? Im sexy and beautiful. I just dont understand and i am so hurt. Reply to this Question

reader, anonymous, writes (13 August 2009): Don't let it get to you! I'm always wary of guys who surprise you by how much they care so quickly. They tend to lose interest just as quickly and inexplicably. Or maybe he's just busy and always gets teased about women by his friends, so is uncomfortable about you and them together. Who knows. Time will tell. I'm sure he's not embarrassed of you though!
