A female Ireland age 36-40, anonymous writes:

About 2 months ago a so called friend of mine lied to me about something, I basically helped her out and then realised she was using me. So I wrote on my face book a comment about people using others etc.... Now 1 of my colleagues, after reading my comment quickly commented asking if I was ok, she then also txtd me asking if it was her whom I was reffering to. When I checked my phone I had 2 missed calls from her (after I wrote on my facebook u logged out of my pc and left my phone in my room and came downstairs). I didn't bigger replying to her as it was late and i'd see her at work the next day.

Now at work, she came in and avoided me. Oddly! So I emailed her and explained it wasn't her and told her what happened, she then was ok. What I was wondering is why she thought I was going on about her? She seemed guilty about something. Now I wodnt normally care but a similar situation occurred before Xmas with her when I put a comment on my face book- not about her but someone else.

Why is she paranoid? Unless she has done or said something behind my back?

Thoughts?

I don't agree with quiet echo anonymous poster. It sounds as though she has been saying or doing something behind your back if she is acting shifty. Just keep your distance from her. Ask your colleagues if she has said anything about u.

If she was genuinly concerned about u she would have just asked if u were ok but if she asked " was that me you were talking about" then yeah, it's an odd thing to say for someone with a clear conscience!
