This honestly sounds like a medical issue best answered by a doctor or medical professional instead of a column like this. Depending on what "thick and cloudy" actually means, it could be purely a normal variation in the way your body is producing semen, or it could be a sign of something more serious like a sexually transmitted disease. Some related questions that would need to be asked include: Does it hurt when the semen flows out? Is there an unusual smell or color? Do you have any other changes on your genitals? and finally, do your female partners have any unusual discharges or disease as well?

Cloudy and thick - does the trick. In fact, the thicker the better - you can mop it up before it drips out and reaches the bedsheets, and before it gives her an uncomfortable sticky night's sleep. Just keep a box of tissues handy.
