In the beginning i tried my best to try to make things work between us and maybe try to get back together. But things didn't work out. The thing is, that I just can't seem to let go. Though we broke up, we still talked online and even over the phone. And being in the same club doesn't really help either, for I see her almost every day. and the club means a lot to the both of us, so i cannot imagine any of us quiting the organization. It wasn't until a party we went to (not together), that I saw her with someone else, who she claims is only a friend (after I asked her about it), that I decided that it was truly over and I broke off all forms of communication. Yet, when studying for finals, I saw her wearing the necklace I gave her for Christmas, and during the day of one of her finals, she calls me in the early hours of the morning asking me to print out a paper for her (that she needs to get into her final), and for me to deliver it to her. Being that i just cannot say no to people, and it was her final, I agreed to it. After her final, she messages me saying thanks... and that was the last time we ever talked.Since then, summer rolled around, and I'm back home, trying to keep busy, and keep my mind off of her. But since what happened during finals, it got me thinking about WHY... why is she wearing the necklace i got her, and of all the people she could have called to print out her paper, why does she call me. I keep telling myself that it's over and to not dwell on things. But whenever there's a boring moment, she is all I can think about. What do I do??

well i'm going to be honest with you.
Maybe she called you because she trusts you, she feels she can count on you because of your past relationship.
The necklace maybe she's wearing it because she likes it period. i recommend you to stop thinking about her, leave her as a good memory, try to move on and look for other girls. Dont worry that much, if your ex wants you back she'll find the way. Until then, have fun and relax.
