I totally got over him though and I can now see that he wasn't a good person and I should have taken my friends' and family's advice about walking away from hm for good, much earlier! I'm so happy he's not in my life anymore :) I'm with a different guy now who I am crazy about. He's such a good person..kind, intelligent and he makes me laugh every day. I love him so much and I'm really really happy! The thing is though, my ex has suddenly popped up again and isn't being very nice. He verbally abuses me whenever he sees me and hassles my friends on nights out. I am so confused as to why he's doing this because he was the one who initiaited our breakup last year.He did try to get us back together at one stage aound October/November, but I refused and he left it alone.I don't get why all of a sudden he's acting like this and I'd love some advice on how to make him stop! Thank :) x

He can't handle that he's been dumped, so is taking it out on you. The more you let this affect you, the more he will do it. So the first, best thing you can do is ignore it. He will go away after a while.
