What I can advice is to embrace it, choose your partner carefully, make sure he is the one you would like to go to bed with 100 percent. Also the most important thing, always always use protection, use a condom or carry your own, I used to, so the guy has no excuse. It is true, the feeling is different, but unless you want to catch an std, and trust me everyone can be carrying an std, it is not written on their forehead, use protection. Also, if you are searching for a committed relationship, make sure the guy values sex as much as you do. If you like variation, however, it is best to stay single for the time being. I am 29, and sex only gets better with time.

Sexual thoughts are pretty normal. And for some acting on those thoughts are ... pretty normal too.
Wanting attention? Again normal.
The older you get (till maybe 40?) your ovulation week can be a little like a tsunami of hormones all telling you to BREED.
It's about being in control. It's about recognizing the signs and avoid compromising situations (if you are not so inclined).
I presume there is a reason you are waiting for sex. And that reason IS YOURS. If it's RIGHT for you, then stick to it, but don't forget... there are THIS many people on Earth because we are driven by hormones and the desire to procreate.
Learn some breathing and relaxation techniques if you feel overwhelmed by these sexual thoughts.
Take kick boxing or spin class and work out some of that "frustration".

It's only going to get worse....
Women have hormonal fluctuations monthly forever... EVEN after menopause...
BTW your sex drive will get stronger as you get older.
It's very unfair but I think every woman age 35 and older should get an 18 yr old for her birthday every year....

Imagine having this problem several times worse, AND being years away from having a sex life or even being legally allowed to.
Does that sound terrible?
Welcome to every teenage boy's life for several years. That is NORMAL for us.
