So he's splitting up with you without actually telling you?
You need to find out where you stand. Are you in a relationship or just friends?
Moving out and getting yourself in an independant state might be the best option for you at the moment.

 You need to have a serious chat to this guy and make him tell you what he wants, this change of attitude is odd and really seems to be hurting you, you need to sit down and tell him how you feel.
