A female United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

Hi all hope you can help me shed some light on a situation that happened a few nights back, here's what happened, i was out in a group of friends including my ex(we have remained friends) the other night and we stopped off for a drink in a bar before going onto a club.

While i was there i bumped in to a male friend of mine that i've known since i was like 4, i was chatting away to him and my ex was near us chatting to one of his friends, so i called him over to introduce him to my guy friend.

His normally really polite and everything but literally the first thing he said was "so how exactly do you two know each other then" it was quite direct and my friend explained how we knew each other, after that he was like well i'll let you two chat but then turned to me and said don't forget we've gotta go in a minute, and walked off.

He was quite direct and a bit abrupt which is completely unlike him, so why do you think he done this-do you think he was jealous?? because thats not what i set out to do, i just wanted to introduce him to my friend, we split up a couple of years back but neither of us have been with anybody else. I do still have feelings for him and some of the stuff he says and does make me think it's mutual, plus some of our friends have noticed to.

Collaroy agony auntWhy don't you ask him. It really doesnt sound like a big deal. He could have simply been in a bad mood.Or he still holds a torch for you. Who knows? ask him.
