I wonder if it's cause there's too many things going on in my life right now, bad things that make me have angry thoughts. Too much drama going on with family. Also, I've met this guy, who is really great and he seems to be exactly what I'm looking for.I've become very fond with him and we've been talking everyday. Every night that I talk to him, I don't have a nightmare! But if one day we couldn't talk for some reason, I have a nightmare again. So basically only when I talk to him is how I can get rid of my reoccuring nightmares. What could this mean? Please any help appreciated. Reply to this Question Share |

It's true, I've been both very worried and stressed for sometime now. But no, I'm not using this guy to get rid of my nightmares, it's just a detail I noticed when I stopped having my nightmares. I will work on trying to make those bad things better in my life, they have been around for too long. I will consider all your suggestions, any more help will be great.

I agree with FierceBadRabbit. You probably stopped the nightmares because he distracted you. He takes your mind off of the bad things. But then shen you don't talk to him they are on your mind. So that shows that you should not try and talk to your boyfriend to get rid of te nightmares, but work on your life instead! Work with how to cope with the things that bother you. If you choose to ignore these bad things they wint go away but stay for a very long time.
