I know that her brother also has another friend that comes over frequently, but not when I'm around. I asked her brother if she watches him too. He said she used to, but she doesn't anymore. Just me. Finding this out was a big relief to me. However, it got me curious as to why she even did it to him to begin with. Most girls get turned off really quickly when they see him because he has a facial deformity. So, I don't know if she watched him out of curiosity (wondering why he is what he is) or what. I'm almost certain she didn't giggle around him or show any other sign of "interest". What do you guys think?

Your crush is obviously shy and giggles and stares at you, instead of trying to figure out why she looked at the other guys, why don't you ask her out. Assuming she is over age off course.
