writes: Hey everyone,Well my story is going to be pretty long please have the patience to read it..So 2 years ago I met this guy thru a common friend at the time he was dating a girl for nearly 6 years,they were in a long distance relationship..so when I first saw this guy I found him extremely attractive but dint expect anything cuz he was in a relationship..So time passed we wld text,email,but ocassionaly talk on the phone,he wld ask me to meet him,I wld never go nor answer his calls cuz I thought he had a girlfriend..So eventually he left my city cuz he got a job in michigan and I don't meet him the last say he left either and I felt bad so we texted exchanged numbers and then he confessed he likes me and always wanted to ask me out but dint since I was not reciprocating and that he had broken off with his girlfriend long time ago..anywys we still talk,we flirt a lot but I see it leading to nowhere..he said he likes me but hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend?I find that wierd y hasn't he asked me out yet?

You weren't reciprocative to his flirtations and wooing over a long period of time, so he backs off. If you are interested in him, give some indications so that he gets that much needed green light for him to proceed, good luck

Maybe it related to simple logistics. You two live in different cities, which makes dating much more complicated and difficult. His last girlfriend was long distance and he probably doesn't want another one, As I'm sure the distance contributed to their break-up. I'm in a LDR and I wouldn't do it again if this one were to head south. LDR are not fun and he probably just doesn't want to deal with the shitty parts again.
In either case, if I were you, I say move on. You shouldn't be waiting for some guy who lives far away to ask you out.
