Question - (28 December 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 28 December 2009)
A female United States age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I've had a thing for this guy for about 6-7 years and a few weeks ago he finally had me over to his place. After having 2 beers he finally told me how he felt about me and I was like wow. He felt the same way i did. He is now being weird and still his shy self. I get more smiles but I have not heard from him since. Does this mean the only way he feels he can tell me things is when he has a buz? Why is he acting so weird? We kissed and that was it so I dont understand what is going on. We have been in public before together with other people and even our friends can feel that we both like each other. I have even asked him to go see a movie and he never responded back. I dont know what to do.

A male reader, CaringGuy United Kingdom +, writes (28 December 2009):

You're a lovely girl, so don't think it's you, but this guy isn't sweet really. He was after using you for sex and nothing else. A guy can be measured by his actions. He didn't offer you dinner, he offered you two beers at his place. Move on from him, especially since he didn't even bother to get back to you.
