to be more specific
there are two chnaces the first one is the total loss of the sex drive and that is usualy easy for the wife to nottice and htis problem has been answered in the previous answers
the second reson is the continuos rejection of the wife to her husbands demands on having sex
and in this case he well loose to his wif ebut not to women
and most men who suffer this problem use porn as an alternive,
and if the cause is the second possibility
you would definetly need to see a therapist

The main reason for men to go off sex is actually nothing to do with their wife.
Stress and depression kills their sex drive dead.
What else is going on in his life?
If you sort the stress out then his sex drive will return.
Why not do something to get a little extra cash and then take him away for a weekend in a spa? He can relax and forget about work and hopefully that should do the trick.
