I also agree with it having to be more foreplay, my man wants me please him in all sexual ways but give me a hard time returning the favor!

could be a clinical issue, some women just don't get as wet as others. I would say for now try some lube, like ky jelly or vasilene and next time you go to the doctors mention it, they have certain medications or stuff to help

I agree with Yos, plenty of foreplay and relaxing as much as you can will help.
Another point that is often overlooked is that if you are not drinking enough water, your body is not going to waste it's liquids on lubrication. Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water so you are not dehydrated at all. Since alcohol dehydrates you, this can also be a problem if you are having sex after drinking.

There are lots of reasons. You could be nervous, or feel pressure that you 'should' get wet, or your partner could not be turning you on. You should be wet before you attempt intercourse, so make sure you are getting enough foreplay. Theres' no one right way to get turned on, it depends on your mood at the time and a thousand other factors.
Fantasizing during sex is a good way to get turned on, so like the previous poster suggested, reading a 'good' book and then thinking about some of the passages in it can be a great way to get turned on during sex. I recommend 'My Secret Garden' by Nancy Friday, which talks about sexual fantasies (including fantasizing during sex) and has many many descriptions of womens sexual fantasies.
