He laughs at me when i try on cute outfits and try to be hot or if I do say somehing sexy he makes fun of me.  Sweetie, this guy is seriously denting your self-esteem. Surely this cannot be a healthy relationship.
Sounds like far too much give from your side and far too much take from his.
Talk to him and if he doesnt change the way he treats you, move on, there are lots of guys out there who whould be flattered to have their girlfriends make extra effort to be sexy for them.

No woman should have to get dissed like that, specially not by her own boyfriend. And here you try to be sexy for HIM? Try to be sexy for yourself instead. Screw him and enjoy your cute outfits, and tell him that either he finds you attractive just the way you are, or he can find someone else.

he just may be a lil insecure don't get me wrong he probley finds you very sexy but some guys have a problem acting that out outside of the bedroom, he knows your not going anywhere and I bet if he found out other guys find you sexy it would open his eyes, take away a little from him and it will change... because there are a million guys out there that would go to the store and pick out an outfit for you or would tell you are sexy everyday.
