I think you'd be best going to see your GP and getting checked to make sure there are no underlying reasons as to why this happens to you.
You could also search for an agony aunt on my friends list called Peter Pan, he may be able to help you at little better than I. There is also an agony aunt called Uncle Sneaker, who I think is good at dealing with these issues.
