I'm really confused, is she talking about me, or just staring at something else?

I have the same thing happening to me dude, This person named Kerstin in my Grade 8 band class stares at me. I've been trying to ask her out but when I seem to get the nerve I chicken out as soon as I see her. You try and talk to her and ask to hang sometime. Hope it helps :)

Normally if a girl is staring at you, it's either she fancies you, she hates you, or she doesnt know how she feels about you and is desperately trying to make up her mind how she feels about you.

You could try saying hello to her next time you walk past her and she looks at you. Or if she is hanging around near you, you could try approaching her and start a conversation, maybe about something you have in common, like a subject at school, or a teacher you both know. Something like that. Her reaction will probably give you an indication of how she feels. Good luck! x
