Go back to the doctor, we can't examine you and the doc expects you to have the common sense to come back if you're not symptom free.

I had the same problem, the only thing that worked for me is yogurt with the lowest sugar content possible and limiting my sugar (which the yeast feeds on in your body) as much as possible. Also, I keep a bar of sensitive skin dove soap (the bar) in the driest part of my shower and wash only down there with it. No where else, that's the only thing I use it for. And, I make sure to wash every day! When I get out, I dry myself completely (moist, dark and warm are perfect for bacteria/yeast breeding)
Plus all cotton panties & loose fitting pants... wear skirts a lot and sometimes go panty-less. No panty liners (stop the flow of air) also! I was having discharge every day, most weeks of the month would have to change underwear throughout the day. Also, a doctor recommended me make sure my vagina is at the right pH, so only use pH balanced soaps with no fragrances! Look into a product called RepHresh too.. it's a medicated cream that gets you back to the right pH! Good Luck!

you might not be doing anything wrong. but you need to talk to the doctor... are you seeing the same doctor for this all the time?
maybe go over the medications you have taken... what tests have you had.
Treating for yeast when it's Bacterial vaginosis is not going to work...
