No you haven't thought through it , otherwise you'd have remembered that you are ridicolously underage therefore you'd be breaking the law.
Anyway, if this is no concern to you, then what's the problem. If he only says the "pull my pants down " as a joke- wait for him to stop joking and start meaning business. If he does not ,maybe he is not as in a hurry as you are- respect his timing.
