Tell her that you are not happy with her keeping in touch and you can't trust her while she does it.
It's tough but if she wants your forgiveness I think it is fair for you to tell her to cut contact with him.
If she doesn't want to then she isn't serious about your relationship in my opinion.

 Personally, I do not see this ending well. But then again, that is based on previous experience. IMO, she made her bed and slept in it.. Being friends with her affair is not showing that she is over her affair.. IF she wanted it to be over, she'd cut all contact.
But well, hopefully she does not expect you to be friends with him as well..
