The only advice to give you is to see a doctor about it. Beyond that, try different things or different positions.. Another thing to try is, not to think about it too much and just let it happen..
ON a personal level, I wish I had this problem.. But I know it can be taxing on girls if you can never climax because they want to make you reach.. Personally, I could care less if i did as long as she did... but that's just me..
But you can try seeing a doctor, different positions, or just stop thinking about it so much and just enjoy the moment.
