Hi I know this sounds like a ridiculous question but why are most women so offended by their bf or husband looking at porn?

seems pretty obvious to me....would you want your gf getting all hot and bothered over some stud with a perfect body and a willy twice the size of yours???? now if you could have a baby and that made your body change (lets say for example your penis shrunk and you got deep stretch marks that would never completely fade because you had HER baby) and she then sat there seeking out men who looked ideal to her and like you nmay of before you had HER baby would that hurt you???? Would it then hurt you if wshe asked why doesnt your body look like that????

Come on its so obvious I cant believe men would even not understand...

women dont like men lookin at porn because of many reasons. some women may be extrememly self conscious, and not like there bodies or who they are, and their partners looking at sexy girls (which she thinks she is not) hurts her. some girls get jealous of the thought of there partners looking at other girls naked. its jus a girl thing!

Well, I think there is a double standard when it comes to viewing porn. There are so many people who enjoy viewing it but because they view it in a detached way but what they forget is that the women who star in these films are someones daughter, possibly sister, etc and I am sure many people who view these films would take a different view if it was their sister, daughter who was appearing in the films. I appreciate that there are heaps of other views on this but it's just a thought.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (3 September 2006):

because we share our bodies with our partners , this is very personal then they insult us by looking at other women....as if

1) they dont see experiencing a naked woman as special

2) they dont see US as special

3) they have no respect for women in general because they support an industry that encourages men to look at women and judge them by how they look

4) porn lies about what women are like sexually, how they behave and look

5) porn promotes the idea that beauty is a certain size and look and that if you are outside that you are not sexy

6) porn discourages intimacy and tells men that meaningless sex is good and that commited relationships with REAL women are worthless and it tells men (through not including them) that any woman who has body fat, stertch marks, saggy boobs) is NOT sexy or worth their time (which lets face it eventually most women have one or the other of these especially after kids)etc etc, dont know if this helps or not but there are so many reasons I could go on and on and on
