I didn't think much of it seeing as I didn't touch myself very much and it caused me no irritation the rest of the time. The itching and more constant pain started yesterday after I had had unprotected sex for the first time. I know he's clean since I'm the first person he's slept with since his last sti test. We continued to have unprotected sex for the next day and a half. The sex didn't hurt, if anything, it numbed any irritation I had. My discharge is watery with white flakes in it, but I don't think it's particularly unusual. Any ideas on what it could be?

It could be yeast. With a first time infection like this a medical exam is a good idea....
once you learn what the symptoms of yeast/thrush are, you may be able to treat it over the counter depending on if the medication is available where you live without a doctor's note.

Sounds very much like thrush or an still. Go to your doctor and get looked at/tested. What makes you think you can trust this guy enough to have unprotected sex with him?
