 You may be beginning peri-menopause. Most women have symptoms in their 40's. You can experience symptoms for a decade before actual menopause and most women only notice a few symptoms until closer to their actual menopause. The average age for menopause in North America is 51 (early onset menopause can begin at 40 and has even happened to younger women). You should check with your OB/GYN and have them run some tests to see if your hormone levels are falling. Do a LOT of research into hormone replacement therapy before you let anyone talk you into it and ask a LOT of questions - make an informed decision - if it is right for you. Menopause is a perfectly normal passage for all women. The best lube on the market right now is Astroglide, if you are looking for something to make you more comfortable during sex. It doesn't stain clothing or sheets. I hope this helped.
