writes:ive just moved back with my parents after a 4 year relationship and all my friends have turned away from me, ive been in touch with my ex from before the 4 year relationship and at first he was so nice but now he doesnt really want to know! he loved me once why doesnt he now? have i done the right thing?

 Sweetie, the right thing to do is never contact an ex boyfriend. They're an ex for a reason. It seems to me your ex has moved on with his life and from you. You should move on with yours and never look back on exs unless you've learnt what went wrong in that relationship with them.Try and contact some old friends and get back in to the swing of things of the single life.
