i don't think you should be worried at all, but if it bothers you that much talk to you GP.
Doggy style is a position that allows for very deep penetration, and it sounds to me that you just need to find the right angle.

 I have the same problem..it might be the position is tight for the penis to get in. Try using some lube when you do it :) everyone loves lube. And just make sure you use condoms if you have bleed cause if its cuts inside it could cause an infection during intercouse, if it hurts during sex in any postion now you cut it or even just that one. Go see a doctor if it dont get better. x
