She's competitive towards me, and I'm guessing because she knows he likes me. So why does she try to make him jealous? Does that mean he has some sort of interest in her? She was play hitting his friend from a distance but in his sight, I looked to see his reaction, but he was just looking down at his phone. Then his friend and that girl left, and he looked over at me, he was sitting with another friend that asked him something and he just nodded and kept smiling...and I don't know if that was about that girl or was it about me....

That girl desperately fancies him! But he isn't interested in her at all. He is, however, likely to be interested in you. She's trying to get his attention by playing with his friends, in the hope that he will look over and suddenly notie her. But he looked at you, didn't he. And the fact that she's competetive towards you shows that she suspects he likes you. So if you like him, try talking to him.
